Method 1:

1.     Mix 200ml of Curd, 2 pcs of ice cubes & 40g-50g of premix.

2.     Blend well Curd, ice cubes and premix using commercial milkshake blender to get perfect product.

3.     Pour blended mix to serving glass directly.

Method 2:

1.     Mix 200ml of Curd, 2 pcs of ice cubes & 40g-50g of premix.

2.     Shake well Curd and premix using shaker bottle to get perfect product.

3.   Add ice cubes into the bottle and shake.

4.     Pour blended mix to serving glass directly.
